a bit about me
My whole life I have been interested in fitness, when I was younger parents got me into sports at a very young age, did loads such as Karate, swimming and football. After 13 years of karate I excelled and went on to win the Scottish and British Championship and even represented Scotland in the worlds at the age of 16 which was a proud moment for me.
I attended Kilmarnock college where I studied Sports Health and Fitness and went on to complete my HNC level. Once I left I got settled into a Lifeguard job and totally lost my way in the fitness world.
From the age of 16 to the age of 21 I went from 11stone right up to nearly 18stone. I went through a very depressing side of my life and the day I decided to change my life was when one day I put shoe on and could not even tie my shoe lace. I lost weight gradually through football and having great friends and family around about me. So I know where people come from and mental state you can get into so I can defiantly help when it comes to weight loss and achieving goals that are maintainable and achievable
I hope to help others to lead a healthier and happy lifestyle, always strive for progress and not perfection. I love my job and love meeting new people and seeing people enjoy achieving their personal goals.
Over the years I have gain a vast experience in the fitness industry and learning every day. What I have achieved in these years I put down to everything I apply in training hard work and dedication and great support network around about me of family, friends and great clients.
