Iwould describe myself as a keen and willing individual who is always willing to learn new skills and improve the ones I already have. I feel that with the addition of this opportunity I have gained mass amounts of confidence from all involved in the Gym who have made me feel more comfortable at what was a big change in my life with my job. I would say my best quality is my punctuality and my availability as I feel that I am always on time for classes/PT’s etc. My availability however is my strongest suit as I feel that I am always available to cover any classes where the others may be on Holiday or Illness etc. Finally, this opportunity has really improved my confidence and I feel that I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of Friends, Family and all attending the Gym. I have attended College for a total of three years while also juggling work from College and work at the Gym and I would say I’ve been able to dedicate enough time for both accordingly. I have before this work, been one of only 14 people in Ayrshire to be lucky enough to take part in a Football Programme for three years with me gaining valuable knowledge about the Sport and Sports and Fitness in general.
